The Anthropocene is a name for our present geologic epoch, a time where the ecological-social impact of capitalism has made (and, without serious intervention, will continue to make) our Earth a profoundly different place. Anthropocene Recordings will exist as a home for music whose inspiration comes from the natural world and its entanglements, both material and spiritual, in human cultures.
