Description

The Storyville Jazz Band was more than just a combination of particularly talented New Orleans jazz musicians. Founded by Bob French, they released a full length album as well as their sought after 45rpm single "Y'er Comes The Funky Man" and on the flip "St. James Infirmary" in the early 1970s. In 1977 Bob French took over the Original Tuxedo Orchestra from his father Albert French. After leading the band for 34 years, Bob French performed his final show in summer 2012.
