For the 1st time here's 6 PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED boogie,disco & modern soul grooves recorded in the '70s - from the man who gave us the immortal 'Bump & Hustle Music'!In the '70s, Tommy Stewart was in demand as an arranger, producer, performer and writer for a host of soul and RnB artists. In between engagements he found time to record his own work, and in that time the club classic 'Bump & Hustle Music' was born (see JM12.016). Though that was originally released as part of his self-titled LP on Abraxas, there were many other songs recorded during that period that never made it beyond the confines of the studio. Recorded onto reel to reel tape, they have lain forgotten in a pile of boxes in his Atlanta GA basement, slowly gathering dust over the years…
