THE LONG WALK / THE OTHER WORLD by COTTAM

The Long walk starts with the main body of the groove, combining the drums, bass and strings into one morphed soundscape. The strings rock the listener back and forth, as the acid line is allowed to weave itself, almost freely, in and out of the percussive detailing. On the flip, there's The Other World, starting with a hypnotic loop which soon drops into a head nodding groove with lovely off kilter piano stabs.
