Description

Libertine is a new Berlin imprint and party of the same name is run by Yoshi and Sbri. They plunder the vaults and re-release some old gems from yesteryear for the label's second release.First up is Andy Crosby aka Spesimen from Ann Arbor who ran Infocalypse Records back in the mid to late nineties with "Catt Witch Dubb (Libertine Late Nights)" which has that classic Detroit high tech soul vibe about it. On the flip he also gives up the dirty 4/4 electro of "Emergent CY". Justin Morgan aka Rusuden is yet another underrated hero of the US underground and his contributions "Mammoth CV" and "Earthtron" are more exemplary productiions redolent of early '90s American techno, but could very well be new too!
