Cem Karaca was one of the pioneers (if not THE pioneer) blending Western rock music with traditional Turkish folk, giving birth to the succesful and acclaimed Anatolian Rock.This record is his debut album, actually comprising songs previously released in 45s, backed by the bands Kardaslar and Apaslar between 1969 and 1971.
