'It's Your Thing' is arum heavy Nu Yorican funk-soul instrumental version of the Isley Brothers classic, featuring screaming Hammond organ and FX. Very expensive now in itï¿½s original form, as released by TR records in 1974. On the flip, Machito & His Afro-Cubans deliver a brilliant instrumental, boogaloo version of Eddie Floydï¿½s all-time classic 'Knock On Wood'. As featured on his LP ï¿½Viaja A Memphisï¿½. 'Beï¿½s The Other Way' is another lovely latin soul/boogaloo jam ï¿½ï¿½mid tempo and jazzier ï¿½ï¿½from percussion master Willie Bobo. Originally released on Tico 45 in 1964.
