Nigerian born Ty has been active for quite a while. He has been down with IG Culture, runs a hiphop night in London (Lyrical Lounge) and has also released something on Maceo's ( from De La Soul) label 'Bear Mountain'. This 12' could be filed under hiphop/r'b as well as offbeat. The truth lies somewhere in the middle.
