This special complication includes archival images and liner notes in English and Spanish from music historian, author, artist and activist Aurora Flores. Fania Records has been one of the most important Latin labels in the world musically and culturally since the 1960s, being the founder in developing and spreading the sound of New York City salsa music around the world.
