DIGITAL DUB / DIGITAL SPACE by ISTARI LASTERFAHRER / SELEKTOR DEPENDER / FILTERCUTTER

This year, Bassculture Foundation Amsterdam celebrates its 20th anniversary by presenting the release of three new dub plates on 7� vinyl.With the releases, a special project called: �Out of the Box�, a series of hand crafted center pucks (for 7� singles) made from brass and red copper, will be exhibit. The three 7� singles are the result of a collaboration between Selektor Depender, two celebrated reggae singers: Mikey Murka and Earl 16, The Bassculture Family Band, Filtercutter, Istari Lasterfahrer and the mix master called Dub Creator. The sleeve design of the 7� vinyl singles are made by Denisa Kollarova, a graphic design artist based in Amsterdam who graduated at Rietveld Academy. The sleeves are designed in such a way that when the trilogy is put together (you can put the individual sleeves next to each other), the complete artwork unfolds (see picture).
