Truth & Soul is bringing back a classic two sider that has been long out of print.Originally released on Daptone, and in the wake of T&S's deluxe reissue of the game changing El Michels classic Sounding Out The City, here's a 45 you might have missed or played until it hisses. Side A is the crowd pleaser "Detroit Twice" with it's knocky drumming and slick horn arrangements it remains a New York DJ classic. Side B is another more mellow interpretation of the place Truth & Soul calls home, "Too Late To Turn Back" has a mellow yet heavy vibe with horn stabs and crushing snares balanced out by the signature brass arrangements
