Following on the Black and the Tangerine EP' comes the Blue, Third EP in Third Ear's Detroit Beatdown project. Check!Ibex is Toni Olliveira, younger brother of Neil (Detroit Escalator Company). Ibex has released on Planet E, Transmat, and recently on his won Ibex Music label. 'Spiritual War is classic Detroit music with spoken words (written and delivered by himself), pitched at 120 bpm. Keith Worthy steps out from his Aesthetic Audio label with this detroit rhythm track. Norm Talley teams up with Doc Link from Chicago, taking an E man vocal sample, On the last track, Detroit band Exchange Bureau asked John Arnold to add his funk to their sound.
