Reissue of the electronic psychedelia masterpiece by this Californian outfit, pioneer of electronic music along with Silver Apples, White Noise or The United States Of America. Plenty of electronic gimmicks (oscilator circuits, audio generators, echodette, a.o.) it has since influenced many of today's avant-garde bands and stands close to the Apples albums in the Olympus of the Gods of Electronica, although FIFTY FOOT HOSE still retained a strong West Coast psychedelia background.
