Description
23 year old, Amsterdam based Kid Sublime is most known for his input in Rednose Distrikt, as the main producer.After he decided to leave the group late 2003, he has been working on his first solo album. The outcome is a 11 track, song-based album on which soul & hip hop music are key. After the beats were created, Kid Sublime reached out for vocalists to complete the tracks. He found the talents of Lilian Vieira and Stefan Schmid of Zuco 103, with whom Kid Sublime used to tour as their DJ. Upcoming Dutch MC star Melodee blessed Analogue Sugar with her infectious rhymes. Nigeria born, but Amsterdam based Yinka is featured on two tracks te soulful Fruitsugar and Afro inspired Ill Be Waiting. Next up is Cee-Major of Dutch hip hop crew The Proov to lay down some rhymes. Out of NYC comes Nicky Guiland, singer of soul group Heavy to sing her heart out on Something About Your Love. Philly Based Alma Horton & Jneiro Jarel join forces on Lookin At Me, which will be the first single. Dutch soul star U-Gene finishes of the album in a deep soul manner Tip!
