Description

Michigan Avenue is a mixed-gender group produced by the famous Chicago producer Clarence Johnson, known for producing Brighter Side Of Darkness, among others. Their only album, the original of which is quite expensive, is being reissued on vinyl for the first time!

The album is packed with great tracks, including "Special Kind Of Love" with its uplifting melody, mellow soul classics "Don't Take Me For The Ride" and "All That Matters" that could be used as sampling sources, Mellow Dancer's "Can't Get Enough," and classic covers such as the Flamingos' "I Only Have Eyes For You" and Baby Washington's "That's Heartaches Are Made." Two new songs added to the original album!
