On June 3rd 2010 the “Fre Kutmah benefit concert” was held at the Echoplex, and Los Angeles WAS in this fucking building! Dam Funk, Daedelus, The Gaslamp Killer, Samiyam, Teebs, Ras G, Abcnt, Jon Wayne (Kutmah’s newest gem), and what was billed as very special guests – Peanut Butter Wolf, Mayer Hawthorne, Exile, Master Blazter, Thavius Beck, Zackey Force Funk, DR. Strangeloop, Azul213, J-Logic and Dibiase – alongside the Hit+Run Crew showed tribute to Kootz in the highest form. Six hours of amazing music performances were recorded (bigups Chitlins) and then refashioned by RAS G into this exclusive one-hour time capsule. OHHHHH RAS!
