Ayetoro is a band, set up in 1996 by Funsho Ogundipe a Yoruba composer, songwriter and musiscian of nigerian descent. He plays piano and is surrounded by a cast of top african musiscians like Cameroonian Bassist Diedum Falna Wanamou, the Cameroonian guitarist Oscar Ellimbi and percussionists Samson Olawale & Lekan Babalola. Here an album of deep, melodic afrojazz with vocal and instrumental tracks.. For anyone into the likes of Mulatu, give this one a listen! Tip!
