- Rush Hour is not responsible for any loss or abuse of your personal data in case your account is compromised.

Store new releases: Our latest products we have to offer for the current
Store back in stock: Our latest back in stock products for the current week
Digest newsletter: Our periodical newsletter with news about Rush Hour and more.
All the products we offer on our website are subject to availability. For example, if you order a product and for any reason we do not have it in stock anymore, Rush Hour reserves the right to cancel your order.
Pick up in shop
We offer the option to pick up your items in our shop. We can keep your order reserved in our shop for a maximum time of one week. If you have not picked up your order, we will have to cancel your order and put the item back in our stock.
When you have successfully placed an order, we require payment within 7 days. We accept the following payment methods;
- Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) via EMS.
Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card, you will be prompted to pay after you have checked out your card. For paypal and banktransfer we will sent you a final invoice with the payment details after you have confirmed your order to us.
Shipping & Delivery
Most countries have two sorts of shippingrates; A standard registered rate and the unregistered cheaper rate. All rates are displayed along with the estimated shipping time (working days) when you place your order.

You have the right to return a product within 14 days after you have placed your order with Rush Hour. Upon accepting your return, we follow a few rules;
- The product must still be sealed (if applicable) and have no physical damage
- If the product is 2nd hand, we will check if the grading is the same as advertized
- The shipping costs for the return will not be refunded
- After we received the return, we will credit you within 14 days after you have sent us confirmation of the return.
If any of these rules are not been met ,we reserve the right to not or partially refund you the original amount. For more information, please contact us at email@example.com
If there's anything wrong with your product, please contact us within 7 days of arrival with your complaint. This can be;
- The item has a production error (for example, it skips during playback or is off-centered)
- The item has visible damage (sleeve damage)
- You received the wrong item.
