This tasty 7" first saw the light of day back in 2013, and has been an in-demand, hard-to-find item ever since.The demand can be partly be attributed to Mike The Glove's A-side version of MJ classic "Rock With You", which expertly combines the King of Pop's original vocal with an irie, decidedly dusty reggae backing track. By the standards of these kinds of mash-ups, it's immaculately produced and almost sounds like an original production. Tucked away on the flip you'll find obscure El Salvadorian funk band Hielo Ardiente's brilliant 1974 cover of Cymade's "The Message". Boasting some killer organ solos and vocals delivered in Spanish, rather than English, it offers a brilliant spin on a stone cold classic.
