Description
It has taken over four very active years for the people behind the Finders Keepers label family to finally return to what they still consider to be one of their favourite vinyl projects. Check!!The first record from the new DiM series opens one of the most exciting 70s/ 80s American music archives from a duo that has enthralled vintage ambient electronic fans with their slim vinyl pickings thus far. DiM bring you rare Kat Epple and Bob Stohl tape recordings made for planetariums and relaxation therapy using rare experimental sound modules of the vibrant computer music era. Named after their elaborate laser shows, Emerald Web bring you this set of previously unpressed 80s kosmiche PINA (private issue new age) themes on vinyl for the first time.
Side two of this limited DiM releases is a sequel of sorts to an oft requested Disposable Music title. Supernatural Lancashire Volume Two evokes sonic images of bygone rural industry, religious corruption, hallucinogenic medicines, scenes from classic pastoral UK horror films and cautionary European fakelore using a wide selection of self made acoustic and electronic instruments.
