Excellent third release on the essential ‘Supafrico Records’ featuring four Afro flavoured grooves dug deep from the vaults. Check!

First up we have a previously unreleased extended version of ‘Hot Black ‘N’ Sweet’ by Nigerian funkster Kio Amachree. Taken from the über-rare 1981 ‘Ivory’ LP.
Number two comes in the form of ‘Slow Down’ from the hugely sought after 1981 ‘Grill’ album by Amas.
On the flip, we have the full 10 minute version of the ultra rare ‘Sabi (Get Down)’ from Ghanaian master drummer, Okyerema Asante.
Finally, Time Will Tell is a deeply undulating Afro funk disco gem from the 7-piece outfit Ice who were also known as the Lafayette Rock Band.
