"Hard to unravel single by this Belgian duo, made uo of label heads who are also musicians. Bart de Paepe runs Sloow Tapes and Timo van Luijk has La Scie Dorée (among others). They have both been known to lay their hands on many sorts of instruments, so it’s not easy to say who is doing what here, or even what is exactly being done. Suffice to say the two instrumental tracks are full of druggy guitar, thrubby drums and seem to have been recorded in the middle of a Saharan sand storm. Very crafty!
